Before treatment, Janine will check your skin and talk through any concerns to make sure Dermaplaning is suitable for you. It may not be recommended over active breakouts, irritated skin or certain skin conditions, so your appointment will always be tailored around what is best for your skin on the day.
After your treatment, your skin may feel softer straight away and can appear fresher and more polished. Many clients choose Dermaplaning before an event because it creates a smooth, clean surface for make-up, although it can also be included as part of a regular skincare routine.
Janine will provide aftercare advice following your treatment. This may include using SPF, avoiding strong active skincare for a short period and keeping the skin well hydrated while it settles.
